On Sunday, March 3rd, at 9 AM in New York City, I will be doing a special 90-minute lecture on Zoom titled Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy – Core Principles and Strategies. This lecture is free to attend and open to professionals and non-professionals alike. It aims to enhance your understanding of REBT’s system of ideas.
Reason for This Lecture
REBT is a psycho-educational approach to helping you change self-defeating reactions to life’s adversity and help you live a happy and meaningful life under challenging circumstances. My premise is that to achieve these two goals, a person needs an accurate understanding of the core principles and strategies of REBT. This lecture aims to present those principles in a lecture format and complement my weekly Saturday demonstrations on Zoom.
Note: The weekly REBT demonstration on the previous day, Saturday, March 2nd, at 9 AM, will occur as regularly scheduled. The special lecture on the following day is an additional learning opportunity I will be offering to help you enhance your understanding and implementation of Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy.
