In the spirit of the holiday season, I will give a free 90-minute Zoom lecture on Rational-Emotive Behavior Therapy (REBT) titled “Accepting What You Can Not Change – An Essential Life Skill” on Saturday, December 21st, at 9 AM in New York City.
This free lecture is a gesture of appreciation to the growing Saturday Rational Emotive Behavioral Conversation Hour community. This lecture is open to anyone looking to understand REBT’s empowering system of ideas as it applies to facing what you cannot change. This lecture can serve either as a review of the REBT philosophy or an introduction to these practical ideas. Attending the lecture will help you learn how to avoid emotional disturbance and establish a healthy emotional and behavioral response as you face adversity in the year ahead. I will lecture for approximately 90 minutes and then take questions on REBT and its application to problems of daily living.
